Chocolate bark is always a crowd pleaser because its easy, versatile, and so fun to make!
In our household, Boo Bark is a Halloween tradition. We usually make two to three pans, one for us, and the rest to treat our friends and family!
The great thing about bark is that you can change the ingredients to what you like.
Don't like chocolate, you can use white chocolate or candy melts. You can add nuts or keep it nut free for allergies. Festive sprinkles make it fun and the kids love to pick between candies, gummies, crushed up chips, pretzels, and cereal! The combinations are endless!
For our bark, we love dark chocolate! We also used peanut butter M&Ms, gummy eyes and witches fingers, candy corn, pretzels, and gummy "boogers" for added Halloween Trickster fun!

INGREDIENTS
1 (24-ounce) bag dark chocolate chips (about 4 cups)
Broken up pretzels
Festive candy, such as candy corn, M&M’s, Reese’s pieces, gummy brains, fingers, and eyes
Festive sprinkles
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Once melted, pour in a large baking sheet and smooth out until you have a flat even surface.
Decorate with candies and pretzels. Finish with sprinkles.
Refrigerate the bark in the baking sheet for 2 hours, or in the freezer for 1 hour. Once solid, break in to medium sized pieces.
